To offer piece of mind, we can provide a canape tasting at your event venue free of charge. For new clients we feel this will provide the necessary confidence in our ability to deliver an amazing event.

Our Gold Licence, is a symbol of quality that members of the public can trust when hiring a caterer. The Gold Licence program recognises caterers who adhere to the highest standards of food safety and industry best practice.

AFTRS Cafe

In early 2023 we opened a new café at The Australian, Film, Television and Radio School. The café is open from 8am till 4pm, Monday to Friday. Everyone's welcome.

5 Star Scores On Doors

Scores on Doors is the NSW hygiene and food safety scoring program that displays the results of regular inspections of food premises.

Dan’s canapes were amazing for our engagement party! We picked them up at midday, they were all ready to go in cake boxes, I served them on my own trays and could have passed them off as my own.
